POLYTRON MTC (Metal Treatment Concentrate) is a uniquely blended petroleum based formula that is compatible with all motor oils, gear oils and other lubricants.

POLYTRON MTC is the ULTIMATE LUBRICANT ENHANCER that coats all metal surfaces with an IONIZED micro-layer of oil molecules and through chemical-metallurgical process forms (from the original metal) a durable polished micro - layer of metal that dramatically resists wear, extreme pressure and excessive temperature. Metal surfaces remain treated at all times which provides for immediate start-up lubrication. Friction and wear are substantially reduced which results in maximum equipment life, performance and fuel economy.

POLYTRON MTC contains no plastic particles, PTFE resins, molybdenum disulfide, lead or any other solids.

RECOMMENDED FOR:

• Motor oils
• Transmission fluids
• Hydraulic oils
• Compressor oils
• Refrigeration oils
• Arbor and form oils
• Way oils
• CP oils
• Gear lubes
• Cutting oils

DESCRIPTION:

1. POLYTRON MTC as an additive to motor oils has unique lubricating qualities that provide easy start-up at low temperature, better fuel economy, lower oil consumption and up to 95% wear reduction under all driving conditions. POLYTRON MTC contributes to noise level reduction and lower operating temperature. Numerous field tests indicated that adding MTC results in 95% reduction in metal particles content in used motor oil, which is an indication of 95% reduction in wear.

POLYTRON MTC is an excellent dispersant which holds sludge hasrmlessly in suspension while preventing the deposition of varnish and lacquer on engine parts in severe service. Oil filter life is improved and the PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) valve remains free and clean. This quality also contributes to longer engine life and fuel economy.

10% of POLYTRON MTC will ensure complete clean-up of the engine from sludge and varnish thus ensuring very clean and smooth engine operation.

POLYTRON MTC contributes to cleaner exhaust gases and is environmentally friendly.

2. POLYTRON MTC as an additive to transmission fluids, hydraulic oils, compressor oils etc., contributes to up to 95% reduction in wear, reduction in noice level and operating temperature. POLYTRON MTC is an excellent dispersant and moisture repellent. Its performance is not effected by moisture dirt and abrasive dust.

In Gasoline and Diesel Engines, add one 473ml bottle to a standard 4 to 5 quart crankcase, or approx 10% by volume to any larger crankcase during an oil change. If used for the first time, it is recommended to apply it at least 200 to 300 hundred miles before the next oil change, then apply it again in the next oil change. If the oil change intervals are as per the car manufacturer's recommendation, apply POLYTRON MTC every other oil change. In "Extended" oil change intervals (10,000 miles to 20,000 miles) apply POLYTRON MTC every oil change.
